我们处理哪些信息
提交合作咨询时，必填信息为姓名、公司或机构、邮箱及合作类型；电话和留言为选填。系统同时记录提交时间、IP地址与界面语言。请勿在留言中填写身份证号、银行账户、健康资料等敏感个人信息，或未经授权的他人信息。
用途与处理方式
我们通过表单接收并在服务器保存上述信息，由负责合作咨询的授权工作人员查阅，用于回复咨询、联系您及沟通合作需求；提交时间、IP地址用于防止垃圾提交和排查提交故障，界面语言用于协助沟通。您可以不提交表单，继续浏览公开内容；缺少必填信息时无法发送咨询。
保存与保护
信息仅应在完成咨询处理、必要的合作跟进及履行法定义务所需的最短期限内保存。具体期限取决于咨询是否结束、是否仍需跟进及适用的法定要求；不再需要或符合删除条件时予以删除或匿名化。表单通过HTTPS传输信息，仅允许处理合作咨询所需的授权工作人员访问。
信息提供与公开
您的合作咨询信息保存在本站服务器，仅供处理该咨询所需的授权工作人员使用，不公开展示留言。若后续需要向其他个人信息处理者提供、公开或向境外提供个人信息，将按适用要求另行告知，并在需要时取得相应同意。
您的选择与权利

Information we process
The cooperation form requires your name, company or organization, email address and cooperation type. Phone number and message are optional. We also record submission time, IP address and interface language. Do not include identity document numbers, bank details, health information or other sensitive information, or information about others without authorization.

Form information is received and stored on our server for authorized staff to review, respond to enquiries and discuss cooperation.
